Position Overview
We’re looking for a self-directed and creatively driven Photo & Video Content Creator to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is central to producing impactful visual content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across a variety of platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling photo and video assets for brand campaigns featured on our website, Amazon storefront, B2B collateral, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and at live events. Adam’s Polishes & B&B Blending is seeking a Graphic Designer with the goal of supporting the visual branding for all sales channels. This mainly includes packaging, such as labels, boxes, flyers, etc. and other marketing and communications materials. This position reports into the sales managerand will collaborate with commercial teams. The Graphic Designer will be a key resource in delivering top-of-the-line assets for the automotive industry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in photo and video production.
  • Advanced knowledge of camera systems, lighting setups, sound equipment, and editing workflows.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Experience producing both short-form (TikTok, Reels) and long-form (YouTube, product tutorials) video content.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work — with examples relevant to e-commerce or lifestyle brands.

Preferred Skills

  • Motion graphics or animation knowledge (After Effects, etc.).
  • Automotive enthusiasm or detailing knowledge is a major plus.
  • Studio and outdoor lighting expertise.
  • Comfortable directing talent or appearing on camera when needed.

  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries to ensure quick access to brand content.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and platform-specific best practices for photo and video content.
  • Ensure all visual assets meet brand standards and quality expectations.
