Job Description ​​​​​​​​ Perform Color Grading, integrate audio (background music, sound effects), insert titles, subtitles (captions), graphics, and transition effects. Optimize video format and quality for specific platforms Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned such as research on client industry and target market, shortlists, script (with PR team) research and renting of equipment. Coordinate and schedule video/ photo/ graphic job. Ensure that day-to-day inquiries/correspondences are handled in a professional manner. Oversee photo library and maintain up-to-date data Produce high-quality visual assets such as logos, branding materials, infographics, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentation decks. Work closely with resort-based marketing executive to adjust, retouch, resize, add logo to photos & videos follow brand guidelines before posting on website, social media or other platform. Develop detailed plans for shoots (selecting locations, scheduling, preparing equipment) Execute filming according to the script, including shows, vlogs, interviews, events, product showcases, or short viral content Qualifications Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 2 years of experience in the area of guest services/digital-marketing Experience executing paid social media campaigns Ability to work independently and flexibly Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas Be able to take lifestyle photo and video High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficiency in operating semi-professional and professional filming equipment/cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Gimbal...) and professional video editing software Proficiency in operating professional photo editing such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
