JOB TITLE: PHOTOCOPIER ENGINEER

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photocopier Engineer to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of photocopiers and related equipment. This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills. Prior experience working with Sharp devices preferred but not essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Photocopier Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of photocopier systems, components, and functions.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

  Pay: From £24,000.00 per year

• Install, configure and service multifunction devices at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
