Job description:

Job Title: Videographer, Photographer, Video Editor & Content Creator

Industry: Aesthetic Clinic & Ladies Salon

Location : Dubai Creek Harbour & Business Bay

• Looking for Female Candiates Only

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography & Videography

• Capture professional photos and videos of treatments, services, facilities, products and team members.
• Create before-and-after, treatment, transformation and service-focused content in line with brand standards.
• Shoot Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and campaign content.
• Plan lighting, framing, angles and overall visual presentation.
• Maintain high standards of image and video quality.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit Reels, Instagram/TikTok videos, promotional videos and campaign content.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, music and brand elements.
• Produce different formats suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Ensure content is visually consistent and professionally presented.
• Manage and organize raw footage, edited files and content assets.

3. Content Creation

• Develop creative content ideas based on the monthly marketing calendar.
• Create content around:
• Treatments & services
• Beauty tips and educational content
• Client experiences
• Before & after transformations
• Staff expertise
• Offers & promotions
• Trends and seasonal campaigns
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Develop short-form content concepts that improve reach and engagement.

4. Social Media Content Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to produce content according to the approved content calendar.
• Adapt content according to platform requirements and audience behaviour.
• Identify relevant social media trends and recommend suitable content opportunities.
• Support campaign launches with timely photo and video assets.

5. Brand & Visual Standards

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content.
• Ensure photography, videography and editing reflect the clinic/salon's premium positioning.
• Work with the Brand/Marketing Manager to ensure all content follows approved brand guidelines.
• Continuously improve the visual quality and creativity of the brand's digital presence.

6. Campaign & Commercial Support

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, new service launches and special events.
• Produce creative assets required for lead-generation and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, salon/clinic operations and service teams to capture required content.
• Understand commercial priorities and create content that supports customer acquisition, bookings and revenue growth.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
