We at Primedale Real Estate LLC are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and videography, with the ability to capture visually stunning content that showcases our properties and brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate photography or similar fields.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of proper lighting, angles, and staging for property photography.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with agents and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Dubai for on-site shoots.

• Photography and Videography:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties for marketing and sales purposes.
• On-Site Shoots:
• Travel to various property locations across Dubai as scheduled by the agents and the company.
• Ensure proper staging and lighting for each shoot to enhance property appeal.
• Content Editing:
• Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to deliver polished and visually appealing content.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s branding and aesthetic guidelines.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with real estate agents to understand the unique selling points of each property.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver content on time.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Ensure all photography and videography equipment is in good working condition.
• Regularly update and maintain a portfolio of work for internal and client use.
