JOB OVERVIEW

Bloom Marketing Strategies is seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Photographer to join our team for Bloom Media Days. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business, lifestyle, boutique, and restaurant photography, with the ability to capture visually compelling images that align with each client’s brand. This role requires proficiency in professional photography techniques, an understanding of social media-driven content, and a portfolio showcasing high-quality work. The photographer will work closely with our team and clients to deliver engaging visual content designed for digital marketing and social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing work for businesses, boutiques, lifestyle brands, and restaurants
  • Own professional camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless) and necessary photography gear
  • Proficiency in post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and branding in commercial photography
  • Ability to shoot efficiently and deliver high-quality images on a deadline
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with clients
  • Familiarity with video content creation for social media is a plus
  • Experience with social media marketing is preferred but not required

  • Capture high-quality photographs for small businesses, including boutiques, restaurants, and lifestyle brands during Bloom Media Days
  • Follow a pre-planned shot list to ensure consistency in branding and visual storytelling
  • Utilize advanced photography techniques to create engaging, social-media-friendly imagery
  • Conduct post-production editing using software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure high-quality final images
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align photography with brand aesthetics and campaign goals
  • Manage and organize image files to facilitate quick delivery to clients
  • Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content aligns with current digital marketing best practices
  • Maintain and use personal photography equipment to ensure professional-quality shoots
  • Capture short-form video clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok when necessary
