Motor Socials Limited is seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos for our clients and creating engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns. This role demands creativity, technical skills, and the ability to bring a brand’s vision to life through visual storytelling.

SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or Content Creator, with a strong portfolio
• 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, end-to-end video production and graphic design, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Expertise in using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and various photography equipment.
• Strong proficiency in post-production software (Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for composition and visual storytelling.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, including how AI can enhance video workflows.
• Demonstrable portfolio (YouTube content creation an advantage)
• Working knowledge of animation and motion graphics
• Access to their own equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive photography or videography.
• Experience with drone photography/videography.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it relates to content creation.
• Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

• Key Responsibilities:

· Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-quality, captivating images and videos for products, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, and websites.
• Assist in organising and conducting photoshoots on-location.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to align video content with strategic goals.
• Edit and enhance photos/videos to align with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from ideation and storyboarding to filming and post-production.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously improve content performance through analytics.

Content Creation:

• Produce engaging content for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
• Create short-form and long-form content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
• Write compelling captions and copy for posts, stories, and other social media content.

Brand Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and branding requirements.
• Tailor content creation to meet specific brand guidelines and objectives.

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Help develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions, aligning with broader marketing strategies.

Post-Production:

• Edit and retouch images and video footage to create polished final content.
• Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to ensure high-quality results.
• Graphic creation

Trends & Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, social media, and digital content creation.
• Experiment with new content formats and styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
