JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning visuals and a strong understanding of both photography and videography. This role involves working on various projects, from portraits to commercial shoots, and requires proficiency in post-production techniques. The Photographer will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality images that meet project goals.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with videography principles and video production processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of journalism practices can enhance storytelling through imagery.
• Strong sales skills are a plus for client interactions and project negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

• Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, portraits, and commercial assignments.
• Utilize Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other software for photo editing and manipulation.
• Manage color theory and color management to ensure accurate representation in all images.
• Conduct post-production work, including editing, retouching, and preparing images for delivery.
• Collaborate with the art direction team to conceptualize and execute creative visual content.
• Engage in video production tasks, including filming and editing using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Assist in social media management by creating visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity.
• Maintain an organized archive of photos and videos for easy access and reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and output quality.
