JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Production and Post-Production of Visual Content: Oversee the entire process of visual content creation, including photography and video production. This includes conceptualizing the shoot, capturing high-quality images and footage, and handling post-production (editing, color grading, sound design, and video assembly). Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign is required.
  • Knowledge of Graphics: Oversee visual content for the promotion of hotel amenities (restaurants, spa, events, weddings, etc.), ensuring visual consistency across all digital and print media. Design graphics to enhance the branding of various services offered.
  • Collaboration with the Communication Team and Brand: Work closely with the Communication Director and team to develop a visual strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives. Build a visual narrative that reflects the brand’s identity and supports all communication efforts.
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation: Plan, create, and upload original visual content across major social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring that the brand’s message and identity align with the company’s philosophy. Monitor engagement, optimize content based on insights, and interact with the audience to increase visibility and foster a deeper connection with the brand.
  • Social Media Optimization: Create platform-specific content that aligns with best practices for engagement and growth. Monitor the performance of posts and use analytics to improve future visual content.
  • Web Content Management: Regularly update the website with high-quality photos, videos, and graphic materials to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with the hotel’s branding. This includes working with the team to organize and optimize all content for a seamless user experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing visual content, with a strong focus on, videography, and digital branding.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Videography, Media Production, or a related field is A MUST
  • Advanced Skills in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign for photo and video editing. Ability to capture and produce high-quality visual content, from initial shoot concepts to the final polished product.
  • Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Photography and Videography Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera operation. Experience shooting in a variety of environments, including indoor settings, outdoor events, and dynamic spaces.
  • Proficiency in shooting lifestyle, architectural, food, and event photography with attention to detail in product or brand representation.
  • In-depth understanding of color grading and visual storytelling in video, creating a cohesive narrative through both visual and audio elements.
  • Experience with drone photography or aerial video shooting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage both stills and video production simultaneously, handling multiple projects efficiently.
  • Creative Vision & Attention to Detail:
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for aesthetic composition, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story through visuals, with an understanding of visual language that resonates with audiences.
  • Communication & Teamwork:
  • Ability to work closely with the Communication Director and other stakeholders to align content with the hotel’s strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with the team, providing updates, and explaining creative concepts.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Illustrator proficiency for creating graphics and designs to support visual campaigns, promotional materials, and website content.
  • Experience with content scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) to manage social media posts.
  • Photography Portfolio showcasing a variety of work, from product shots and lifestyle photography to video reels and storytelling content.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to visual content (e.g., image optimization for web and social platforms).
