JOB SUMMARY

Bright Horizon Media is seeking a reliable Event Photographer to help capture team and individual photos at a youth sports photo day in Fort Myers, FL. This is a one-day, event-based role (September 13th) with potential for future events.
The ideal candidate has experience photographing people (sports, portraits, or events), is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can follow an established workflow.

Duties

• Photograph athletes, teams, and individuals according to provided workflow
• Assist with setup and breakdown of photo stations (lighting, backdrops, equipment)
• Ensure consistent, high-quality images throughout the event
• Work alongside assistants and organizers to keep the day running smoothly
• Interact professionally with families, athletes, and coaches

Requirements

• Photography experience (sports, events, or portraits preferred)
• DSLR or mirrorless camera with portrait/sports lens (preferred, but equipment may be provided)
• Ability to stand and move for several hours
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working with kids and families

Pay & Schedule

• $20/hour
• One-day event on Friday, September 13th, 2025
• Approx. 4–8 hours (depending on schedule)
• Future opportunities available for strong performers
