This role involves planning, setting up, and executing photo shoots, as well as editing and retouching images to ensure they meet professional standards. The Photographer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver visually compelling images that effectively communicate the desired message or story. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and prepare for photo shoots by selecting appropriate locations, backgrounds, and props. - Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and other necessary tools to capture high-quality images. - Collaborate with clients and team members to understand their vision and requirements for each project. - Direct models or subjects to achieve the desired poses and expressions. - Edit and retouch images using photo editing software to enhance quality and meet client specifications. - Maintain an organized archive of images and manage digital files efficiently. - Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative results. - Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. - Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively to meet project timelines. - Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in all aspects of photography work. Qualifications Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in photography may be considered.
