Photographer/Videographer /Content Creator

• Full-time We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, and editing high-quality video and photo content that captures attention, drives engagement, and aligns with our brand identity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video and photo content.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of video and photo editing techniques, including basic color correction and color grading.
• Excellent storytelling ability and a keen eye for visually compelling narratives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agility and Flexibility: This role requires a high degree of adaptability and a willingness to work flexible hours in different locations.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Experience working with social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific content best practices - Beauty & Fasion.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience working with different camera equipment and lighting setups.

Experience:

• Content Creator: 2 years (Required)

• Content Production & Development:
• Brainstorm and develop original, engaging content ideas for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, email marketing) in collaboration with creative & social team.
• Stay informed about current trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms in the digital landscape.
• Content Production & Editing:
• Plan and execute video and photo shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination (if applicable), and prop/equipment management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products, incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets technical specifications for various platforms.
• Post-Production & Optimization:
• Perform basic color correction and color grading to enhance the visual appeal of the content.
• Optimize video and photo content for different platforms and devices, ensuring optimal viewing experience.
• Archive and organize all project files for easy access and future reference.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate effectively with the creative and social team to understand content needs and campaign objectives.
• Communicate progress updates, challenges, and solutions proactively.
• Be receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on creative concepts.
