We are looking for a talented and experienced Photography & Videography Cum Editor to create high-quality visual content for our brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and content creation, with experience in real estate and commercial marketing.

The role requires a hands-on creative professional who can independently plan and execute photo and video shoots, capture properties and marketing content, edit engaging videos and images, and produce high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, property listings, and overall brand promotion

Responsibilities:

· Plan, shoot, and edit engaging and impactful video content, including marketing campaigns, social media videos, brand stories, interviews, event coverage, and product demonstrations.

· Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

· Execute video production, including camera operation, lighting setup, audio capture, and directing on-set talent.

· Edit raw footage into compelling final products using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating motion graphics and basic visual effects using After Effects as needed.

· Manage and organize media assets effectively, ensuring a streamlined and efficient post-production workflow.

· Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style and tone across all platforms.

· Keep current with industry trends in video production, storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies.

· Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

· Demonstrated experience in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.

· Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and editing principles.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

· Exceptional creative thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Portfolio showcasing diverse video projects demonstrating both technical skills and creative vision.

· Experience working in fast-paced environments or creative agencies.

· Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
