We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of luxury properties, real estate projects, company events, and team activities. The candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a good understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to create premium-quality content that reflects the company's luxury brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of luxury residential and commercial properties.
• Create engaging video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Film property walkthroughs, cinematic real estate tours, agent introductions, client testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Handle video editing, colour correction, photo retouching, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's branding and marketing standards.
• Manage photography and videography equipment and ensure it is maintained properly.
• Organise and maintain a library of photographs, videos, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated on the latest photography, videography, editing techniques, and social media trends.
• Coordinate and attend property shoots, company events, interviews, and other marketing activities as required.
• Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or in a similar creative role.
• Experience in real estate photography and videography is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of cinematic filming, composition, lighting, framing, and colour grading.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos and social media reels.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous photography and videography work.
• Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel to different property locations across Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury real estate brands or premium lifestyle companies.
• Knowledge of drone photography and videography, subject to the required UAE permits and approvals.
• Experience creating content for luxury property listings and high-end marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with current social media trends, formats, and content strategies.
