Established in 1831, Nock Deighton is a professional Shropshire and Worcestershire Estate Agency, with true expertise in Residential Sales & Lettings.
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Photographer & Videographer located within Shropshire to join our Media and Marketing Team to produce content of our properties across Shropshire & Worcestershire on a full time basis with no weekend work required.
Being based at our Telford branch, you will be joining the In-house Media team within a busy and exciting property business. You’ll play a crucial role by supporting the creation of stills photography and video and be involved in the deployment of marketing campaigns across print, social media, email, and our website.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the in-house photographer with photoshoots, being a second camera when needed, retouching images, design and implementation. Full and clean driving licence is necessary.
Please note that this position will require on location work for photoshoots, and any in-person meetings, with the desk based aspects of the role using our Telford branch.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced or educated photographer and videographer able to take on property shoots
• Assist the head photographer during events some of which are outside office hours
• Have an excellent eye for detail, organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assist the retouch Editor in editing and retouching photos using Photoshop
• Work well within a team environment and take direction as needed
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Have a deep understanding and passion for the media industry
• Be a creative thinker who is able to envision the end goal and offer creative ideas to the team
• Have an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro and be able to upload and download files using Wetransfer
• Occasionally also be involved in:
• Assisting in creation of social media content
• Design basic media assets from a brief
• Conduct Market Research
• Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns and newsletters

You will be a part of a team of 3, including an in-house media editor to assist with the production.
35 hours per week from Monday to Friday with access to the bonus scheme which rewards for each shoot and each edit you personally deliver, in addition to the £21,500 basic wage package.
