Main purpose of the Stills Photography Intern role: The retention marketing intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategies that keep customers engaged and loyal to the brand. This involves assisting with email and SMS campaigns, analyzing customer data, and contributing to efforts that drive long-term retention and customer satisfaction. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Assist Stills Stylists with product prep and logistics pre/past shoot * Assist Stills Stylists with fielding and tracking special requests from outside department * Assist Stills managers in general studio maintenance and special projects * Work toward building styling technique to learn how to style on set Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Bachelors or Masters degree program in Fashion * Software skills – Microsoft Excel * Interest in fashion accessories, shoes, bags Minimum Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite • Basic understanding of retention marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $18.00 to $18.50/hr. Responsibilities
