SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure studio is maintained, tidy, safe, and ready for student use including communication with the Facilities Department as required
  • Responsible for all aspects of studio equipment including but not limited to the storage and organization of equipment, submitting of and monitoring of equipment warranties
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and complete regular equipment maintenance protocols
  • Manage and coordinate the loan program for equipment
  • Manage and coordinate the loan program of studio space
  • Student contact for inquiries relating to studio or rental equipment
  • Calibration of monitors
  • Assist students in the printing process
  • Communicate equipment, studio, and safety issues/concerns to the program coordinator/faculty
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma, Degree or formalized education in Photography preferred
  • Minimum one year experience with photography equipment
