Key Responsibilities Participate in activities related to the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic projects Promote and perform tasks in line with organizational requirements for quality management as well as environmental, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures Participate in O&M projects Participate in activities related to the engineering and construction of the company’s photovoltaic projects in Northern Greece Assist in operation and maintenance activities at other power plants when necessary Perform preventive maintenance on photovoltaic projects in accordance with equipment manufacturer instructions Execute corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical components (minor and major) independently and efficiently Conduct diagnostic electrical analyses Carry out technical inspections of photovoltaic project sites Prepare and submit on-site activity reports Supervise contractors and manage on-site activities Monitor plant operations and performance Manage warehouse inventory and spare parts Operate medium-and low-voltage switchgears and equipment Handle on-site incidents requiring physical presence Communicate and coordinate with local organizations (e.g., PPC, municipalities, contractors) to schedule activities related to project operations Engage with local stakeholders to maintain effective communication Participate in sustainability initiatives and promote company sustainability goals Electrical Engineering degree At least two years of experience in photovoltaic plants maintenance Inverter manufacturer certification for maintenance (highly regarded) Good command of the English language Good command of Microsoft Office tools Valid driver’s license Physical ability to walk over rough terrain Physical ability to drive over rough terrain Knowledge of and the ability to use various hand tools Knowledge of and the ability to use electronic measuring tools High degree of flexibility Completed National Service obligations Place of work: Kozani Permanent type of contract Collaborative and inclusive company culture Competitive remuneration package & benefits Private Medical Insurance & Pension Plan Food vouchers and quarterly allowance for various cases Career & competencies development Volunteering & Well-being activities
