QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development using PHP.
• Proficient in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Solid experience with database technologies, particularly MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment tools such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two production-ready solutions, each serving a minimum of 5,000 active users.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of 5 or more developers, successfully building and launching high-quality solutions.
• Extensive expertise in architectural design, with a history of creating scalable, efficient, and robust system architectures.
• Documented success in mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering their professional growth, and enhancing their technical skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues.
• Proven commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Certifications in PHP, Laravel, or related technologies are a plus.
• A portfolio of projects or contributions to open-source platforms is highly desirable.
