Development of our Laravel platform: You will further develop our platform from conception to go-live, from the backend and APIs to the admin interface.
Interfaces & System Integration: You develop and maintain interfaces to external systems such as merchandise management, POS systems, banking, DeepL, OpenAI and Firebase, including our import/export framework (SFTP, S3, REST, CSV/JSON/XML).
AI-supported software development: You will use modern AI tools such as Claude Code specifically for implementation, code reviews, tests, refactorings and error analysis, and further develop this way of working with us.
AI for our products: You will integrate intelligent AI functions into our products, from translations and menu planning support to support assistance and data-based evaluations.
Quality & Code Excellence: You ensure high quality and sustainable maintainability through automated tests (Pest,/PHPUnit, Playwright,-E2E), static analysis and structured code reviews.
Performance & Troubleshooting: You analyze production and performance problems using logs, tracing and database analysis, and develop sustainable solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING
Education: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable degree.
Solid PHP & Laravel experience: You have several years of experience with PHP and Laravel in production, business-critical applications.
Strong database expertise: You are proficient in relational databases and know what matters when it comes to high-performance queries, indexes, transactions, and locking.
Confident handling of AI in development: You already use AI tools in your daily development work or are very keen to delve into them. You critically evaluate results and take responsibility for the code you deliver.
Enthusiasm for AI products: You are interested in productively integrating LLM functions into software, from prompting and tool use to evaluation and cost control, as well as data protection and reliability.
Communication and teamwork skills: In addition to your professional expertise, you are characterized by good communication skills and team spirit.
