Summit Healthcare Services is currently recruiting for a Life Plan Community Therapy Director PTA in the Tucson area. The candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to market and grow therapy operations on this beautiful campus. It is vital that the candidate is able to market our services through the Total Care Management model along with providing the highest level of customer service. This position will allow you to engrain yourself in a community and the opportunity to build relationships with the campus residents while enriching their lives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be a self starter, who embraces freedom and who can creatively think and market effectively to the campus residents.
• Previous management of at least 1 year being a DOR / Lead Therapist / Program manager with the ability to articulate your ideas and successes and how they will translate to this position.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Minimum of an associate degree with Valid AZ state PTA license.

• Provide physical therapy to campus residents via Outpatient MedB services 1 on 1 treatment or Home Health.
• We provide one to one treatment at all times no groups or concurrent ever!
• Market effectively to campus residents the services that Summit provides on campus via newsletter article, flyer or presentation.
• Work with Intake and oversee scheduling of patients and therapists, ensuring adequate coverage for all therapy services provided.
• Perform active involvement in the recruiting and hiring process, attend events, interview candidates as needed.
• Supervises, orients, trains, evaluates, and counsels therapy department employees to improve their job performance and maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure that clinical staff is providing proper documentation according to Medicare guidelines and company policy.
• Participates in the IDT meetings, and community education planning.
