ABOUT HMCC:

The Headache, Migraine & Concussion Centre (HMCC) is a dynamic multidisciplinary outpatient clinic providing specialized care for patients with chronic headache disorders, migraines, post-concussion syndrome, and related conditions. Our collaborative model integrates medical, interventional, and therapeutic modalities to create personalized care plans, supported by modern clinical facilities and EMR-integrated workflows.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiatrist with a strong interest in chronic headache, migraine management, and post-concussion rehabilitation. In this collaborative role, you’ll work alongside pain physicians, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fellowship or specialist certification in Physiatry or Pain Medicine preferred
  • Current licensure in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • Experience or interest in chronic pain, headaches, migraines, concussion, and interdisciplinary care
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
