This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of healthcare, behaviour change, and cutting-edge digital innovation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified health professional (e.g., physiotherapist, orthopaedic medical advisor, or senior exercise physiologist).
  • Deep expertise in exercise science, health promotion, and behaviour change theory (e.g., COM-B).
  • Experience in digital health programme development, ideally with AI integration.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with a passion for improving user health outcomes.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of safe, effective, and engaging physical activity programmes for digital delivery.
  • Translate clinical exercise science into motivating digital content (e.g., app journeys, challenges, coaching).
  • Collaborate with behavioural scientists and data teams to embed AI-driven personalisation and behaviour change techniques.
  • Partner with product teams to shape features that support long-term physical activity habits.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve interventions using user feedback and performance data.
  • Ensure all physical activity content meets clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Represent the physical activity pillar in cross-functional strategy and governance forums.
