Job Title: Coordinator
Division: Luxe Division
Location: Monmouth Junction
Reports To: Director of Continuous Improvement
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all site safety and quality standards - be a visible safety leader.
  • Ensure all sales orders are waved as per service level agreement. Coordinate and communicate with all partners throughout the day.
  • Investigate and resolve orders that cannot be waved utilizing existing reports. Review data for patterns and propose remediation.
  • Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately while achieving a high level of customer service.
  • Create and distribute reports to the operations teams for greater visibility to information to make decisions.
  • Review working reports & productivity metrics, using SAP and Manhattan as needed. Propose and partner to implement process improvements.
  • Lead and assist special projects as needed by business.
  • Fill in on other coordinator functions as needed.
