Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of national physical injury claims and customer programs across the business units and all products and services within the Personal Injury division.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and lead the development and execution of national physical injury claims initiatives across the Personal Injury business, collaborating with all business units to deliver innovative programs for injury management and prevention at various levels.
  • Develop, manage, and evaluate strategic programs and services aimed at reducing the impact of workplace and motor accident injuries, while addressing industry and customer needs through thought leadership and practical resources.
  • Drive project success by leading collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are met within scope and timeframes, and promoting strategic utilization of programs across the business.
  • Track and report outcomes of initiatives related to claims, customer, and employee impacts, linking data to Profit and Loss (P&L) and contract measures, and providing routine updates to Regulators.
  • Develop and facilitate training on best practices in injury prevention and management, engage with stakeholders to ensure best-in-class risk prevention, and articulate the value of Allianz initiatives to enhance marketing and tender efforts.
