Prepares patients and equipment for physical therapy and treatments and performs tasks to maintain the department in an orderly condition. The Physical Therapy Aide removes and replaces braces, splints, and slings from patient bodies before and after treatment, assists therapist in supporting patient during treatment, changes linens, and cleans and stores equipment after use. Responsibilities
The Physical Medicine Aide prepares patients and equipment for physical therapy treatments and maintains the department in an orderly condition.
