QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma required; some college or related experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service, administrative, or related work experience
  • Comfort working with numbers and basic math
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
    Physical Requirements: This role requires regular sitting, talking, seeing, hearing, and using hands and arms. Frequent standing, walking, climbing steps, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be needed. We often walk over 10k steps in the clinic alone. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 30 lbs is required. Some travel for meetings or training may occur 1-2x a year. Responsibilities
  • Welcome and guide new patients through the consultation and orientation process
  • Clearly present schedules, treatment details, and payment information
  • Assist with front office operations: scheduling, phones, and patient questions
  • Assist with back office operations: inventory, various administrative projects, marketing
  • Provide occasional support to therapy staff in patient care activities
  • Fill in when needed in different aspects of office operations
  • Ensure every patient interaction is positive, professional, and consistent with clinic values
