We’re looking for a Physical Security Analyst to join our team. This is your opportunity to become a vital part of the UK’s largest private healthcare provider. As a Physical Security Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service to our patients.
Supporting the Head of Physical Security, the Physical Security Analyst is responsible for managing the security systems and platforms whilst directing the activities of site security personnel to ensure the protection of HCA’s patients, staff, visitors, and physical assets/properties. Coordinating in conjunction with the Head of Physical Security the day-to-day security activities including access control requests, incident management and business continuity.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage CCTV and Access Control Platforms.
  • Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action.
  • Oversee the installation of CCTV, Access Control and safety alarms within and around building premises.
  • Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information.
  • Set up key controls on company equipment and facility to limit access to restricted property.
  • Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit reoccurrence.
  • Liaise with public law enforcement agencies and fire department.
  • Oversee and support the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.
  • Manage access control requests – all sites.
  • New ID card production – through centralised ID card production.
  • Security System checks – Access Control and CCTV.
  • React to reports of faulty Security systems.
  • Emergency access requests that have bypassed the ServiceNow process.
  • Incident response – remote CCTV monitoring when needed.
  • CCTV investigations – all sites.
  • Update paperwork on new installs for security systems.
  • Review quotes and engineer reports for any call outs.
