MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the primary planning and control authority for physical security across European operations, coordinating with Korean headquarters and European subsidiaries.
  • Plan /Initiate relevant national administrative offices on security matters.
  • Identify assess, and manage physical security risks, ensuring compliance with security standards across all European sites.
  • Manage regular inspections and audits to monitor and enforce physical security protocols and standards.
  • Implement and Supervise the physical security measures during the construction of new plants and facilities.
  • Manage and collaborate with external companies for the installation, maintenance, and revision of physical security equipment.
  • Review ,prepare and enforce internal security policies and regulations to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage the classification and protection of information assets and documents, working with IT to prevent information leakage.
  • Manage company security zones (security zone marking and control criteria, entry and exit rules for people and vehicles, access rights management processes, management and operation of surveillance security systems (CCTV))
  • Coordinate external security services (existing plant protection standards) Update or create new ones, identify and resolve routine operational issues)
  • Manage Internal and external security audits (preparation, execution and cooperation with parent company)
