How You’ll Contribute The Physical Security Software Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of physical security systems (such as Access Control and CCTV) across PwC ME sites. The role involves hands-on technical work, ensuring compliance with global standards, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain secure and efficient operations. Main Responsibilities: Stakeholders: ● Coordinate with office management and facilities teams to align security system operations with organizational needs. ● Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records for all security systems and procedures. ● Provide timely security information and guidance to staff and contractors to ensure awareness of security protocols and best practices. ● Managing third-party vendors and contractors involved in security system maintenance Internal Process ● Support in the development and implementation of physical security policies, procedures, and operational standards. ● Ensure access control and CCTV systems are properly maintained, updated, and aligned with security requirements. ● Assist in routine system health checks, risk assessments, and reviews of camera coverage and access control configurations. ● Contribute incident investigations and provide technical input to support resolution. ● Participate in security-related projects, audits, and assessments as needed. Learning & Growth ● Stay updated about physical security standards, technologies, and emerging threats. ● Keep informed on advancements in access control, surveillance systems, and integrated security platforms. ● Engage in continuous learning through certifications, training programs, and vendor workshops.
