What the day will look like As a Security Systems Analyst in Aon’s People Safety and Security Services (PSSS) team, you will play a key role in supporting and developing Aon’s enterprise physical security systems across the Latam Regions. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is technically minded, keen to learn, and interested in physical security, access control and CCTV systems in a global corporate environment. You will work closely with our Regional Security Systems Manager, IT, Corporate Real Estate, regional security teams and external vendors to help ensure that Aon’s offices remain safe, secure, and compliant with our global security standard. Physical Security Systems Management: Administer and support enterprise physical security systems (access control, video management), ensuring continuous operation and alignment with Aon standards Project Support & Coordination: Assist in the execution of security systems projects, including vendor evaluation, proposal review, and development of system designs and technical specifications Systems Maintenance & Optimization: Manage, program, and upgrade security platforms, coordinating maintenance and repairs with internal teams and external vendors Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, vendors, Real Estate, and IT teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment of security initiatives Training & Operational Support: Support regional command centers and contribute to end-user training on security systems and processes Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, analyze metrics (faults, failures, project status), and identify opportunities to enhance security systems and processes What makes this opportunity different? ¡Aon offers you flexible work with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as well as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly work environment, as well as the opportunity to grow vertically and horizontally growth The opportunity to start your career in a global organisation with a strong focus on safety, security and resilience. A supportive environment that encourages learning, growth and progression Habilidades y experiencia que te llevarán al éxito Essential Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Security, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Technologically aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of access control systems and CCTV/video management systems. Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles. Basic knowledge of project management (e.g. planning tasks, timelines, documentation). Basic troubleshooting skills for technical systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to communicate at all levels of the organisation. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure with limited supervision. Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work effectively from home when required. Must be able to speak English and Spanish with Portuguese also desirable Desirable (nice to have, or to develop in the role) Experience with enterprise-level access control or video management platforms (e.g. Lenel, Avigilon) . Exposure to corporate security, facilities, or IT environments (e.g. internships, placements, or project work). Experience working with or coordinating external vendors or contractors.
