Collaborate with OEMs, global teams, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Test planning and execution Analysis and reporting Equipment study Coordination with global team, suppliers, external labs Participation in workshops and training Customer coordination Budget application Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Experience in automotive powertrain control components Knowledge of development tools/processes (Design /Test) Intermediate English (TOEIC 650), Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1–N2) Driver’s license in Japan Presentation, collaboration, negotiation, project management, communication skills テストエンジニア募集要項会社名：GKNドライブラインジャパン株式会社勤務地：本社・栃木工場（栃木県栃木市大宮町2338番地）※基本は出勤雇用形態：正社員（1名）部署・職種：開発部門実験課／テストエンジニア（一般職）採用：2025年10月業務概要： GKN AutomotiveのePowertrain製品（ETM2、eDriveなど）の妥当性を実験により検証。OEM、グローバルチーム、サプライヤーと連携。主な業務内容：テスト計画・実施製品システムテスト結果の解析・報告書作成システムテストのための試験機器の検討海外チーム・サプライヤー・外部試験所との調整教育・ワークショップ参加顧客とのシステムテストの条件・日程調整予算申請（稟議含む）必要資格・経験：電気電子工学の学位（大学院・大学・高専など）自動車パワートレイン制御部品エンジニアリングにおける電気電子制御部品の開発、テスト経験英語スキル：中級（TOEIC650点以上）、日本語：N1～N2相当日本の運転免許資格コンピテンシープレゼン・交渉・分析評価・プロジェクトマネジメント・コミュニケーション（顧客・海外）勤務時間：8:30～17:20（残業あり）休日：週休2日制（土日）、GW・夏季・年末年始休暇９～10日ありその他：勤務地：栃木市、大光寺事業所、常滑工場海外出張：ドイツ、アジア、アメリカなど在宅勤務：基本は会社へ出勤。会議時は在宅可（在宅勤務制度：最大10日/月）
