Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, goals, and potential risks, as well as evaluating physical, functional, and cognitive status to determine patient capabilities. Clinicians will also independently manage their caseloads and document all evaluations and treatments according to facility policies.
