Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute Care The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families. Requires limited supervision. The majority of the patient care will be performed in an inpatient hospital setting. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer a competitive flat base hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour. Required qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program Upon Hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from accredited program. 2 Years experience in rehabilitation.
