Physical Therapist - Adult Long Term Acute Care We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer a competitive flat base hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour. The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families. Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Lubbock Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Work Status Available: Per Diem/ On Call Note: Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies. Shifts Available: Day Required qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program Upon Hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from accredited program. 2 Years experience in rehabilitation.
