MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Plans, interpret and implements specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures quality medical and healthcare to patients. • • Administers treatment program per physician instructions. • Prepares patient for rehab procedures. • Performs procedures following established norms for patient care and safety. • Evaluate patient needs. Discusses condition and treatment plans with medical staff. • Evaluates charts and reports on patient’s progress. Bills patients according to established procedures. • Maintains patient’s records, charts and discharge summaries. • Educates patients and family in proper care and use of various support and exercise program. • Assist other therapist in planning treatment programs. • Assist doctors in performing other rehab procedures. • Maintains strictest confidentiality and patient’s privacy. • Maintains orderliness of the department. • Performs related tasks that may be assigned.
