Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and long-term wellness. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current California state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.
