JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health environments. REQUIREMENTS

  • Current certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance with state regulations.
  • Experience in acute care, outpatient therapy, skilled nursing facilities, or home health is preferred.
  • Knowledge of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation techniques is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients.
