Aptus Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to assist in the implementation of treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or physical disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include providing therapeutic exercises, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining treatment documentation. Education: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Licensure: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility for licensure Experience: Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is preferred but not required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and assist patients in their recovery Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and assist patients as needed Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Part-Time, Monday to Friday Contract work Work Setting: In-person Pay and Benefits will be discussed at the interview.
