THERAPIST REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years’ work experience
• Basic Health and Tuberculosis Screening
• Participate in Quality Improvement Program
• Requirement for job duties able to lift up to 50lbs
• Current Physical Therapist licensure for state of practice
• Current CPR (American Heart Association).
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff
  members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public
  transportation
• Meeting recurring training requirements

  Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
