Our team is growing and looking for a dedicated: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Shifts Available: Full-Time & PRN Service Areas with Openings: Northeast, Southwest & Southeast  Responsibilities: * Assist in the facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities. * Assist in the implementation of physical therapy care plans. * Assist with the coordination of care with the home healthcare team. * Educate patients and family members about health conditions. * Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes. * Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support, and other care team members. Qualifications: * Assistant Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. * Home health experience highly preferred. * Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance. * Experience with HCHB EMR. (preferred but not required) * Able to handle physical workload. * Good driving record. * Excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
