Balance Solutions is a large physical therapy private practice & wellness clinic consisting of 10 physical therapists, 8 physical therapist assistants, and 4 licensed massage therapists as well as a full front office & billing staff! Balance Solutions provides exceptional health care, excellent customer service and incredible clinical outcomes. We are continuously growing, and we need a new Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team!

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional intervention to all patients
• Adhere to the Balance Solutions systems and clinic procedures
• Promote and encourage wellness & maintenance care
• Work with physical therapists & massage therapists where patients are co-managed
• Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for your team members
• Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non-clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management
