Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant | Outpatient Clinic Location: Bridgewater, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year DOE + Full Benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary This full-time opportunity is with a private outpatient practice seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients progress through therapy in a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment. The PTA will work under the supervision of the Physical Therapist to deliver treatment interventions, monitor patient tolerance and participation, and document each visit according to clinic standards. The role combines direct patient care with the consistency of a structured schedule and manageable patient flow. Responsibilities Deliver therapist-directed treatment during outpatient visits Assist patients with mobility work and therapeutic exercises Monitor progress and communicate observations to the PT Complete treatment notes and daily documentation Maintain treatment areas and therapy equipment Support patients throughout the rehabilitation process Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active New Jersey PTA license Prior outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into an outpatient role where steady hours and patient care stay at the center of the day.
