Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant Location: Somerville, NJ Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $70K–$80K/year DOE + Full Benefits Job Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide direct support in the treatment of patients receiving outpatient rehabilitation services. Working closely with the Physical Therapist, this position focuses on implementing established plans of care, assisting patients with exercises and therapeutic activities, and tracking progress throughout the course of treatment. This role is well suited for a PTA who values a predictable clinic schedule, one-on-one patient interaction, and a professional environment built around quality care. Responsibilities Implement patient treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist Assist patients with exercises, stretching, and functional activities Observe patient response during sessions and report updates Maintain timely and accurate treatment documentation Support clinic flow by keeping treatment spaces prepared Help patients perform exercises safely and correctly Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active New Jersey PTA license Prior outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into an outpatient role where steady hours and patient care stay at the center of the day.
