A Role for Someone Who Likes Active Patient Care This Physical Therapist Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients move, exercise, strengthen, and improve function in a structured outpatient setting. The clinic is PT-owned, located in Boca Raton, FL, and focused on orthopedic outpatient rehab. Patient volume is kept at 2 patients per hour, allowing the PTA to stay engaged during treatment. Daily Work Includes Assisting with therapy sessions under PT supervision Guiding patients through strengthening and mobility activities Helping with balance, gait, range of motion, and functional movement Watching patient form, tolerance, and safety Giving updates to the Physical Therapist Reviewing home exercise instructions with patients Preparing treatment areas and equipment Documenting treatment sessions accurately Florida PTA License required PTA Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable working with orthopedic patients Organized and professional work style Pay and Schedule Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience Schedule Option 1: 4-day work schedule Schedule Option 2: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Build your PTA career in a role where your day-to-day work directly supports patient progress.
