Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position at a private outpatient physical therapy practice in Bridgewater, NJ. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1 patient per hour. The salary range is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus comprehensive benefits. Job Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist with patient care in an outpatient setting. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping patients progress through their rehabilitation plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall functionality. Responsibilities Implement therapy treatments for patients based on the Physical Therapist’s plan Instruct patients through exercises and rehabilitation tasks Document progress and maintain patient records Provide updates to the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient responses Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program Active New Jersey PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your career with a practice that values quality patient care.
