Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Deerfield Beach. This role centers on helping patients follow through with their therapy programs, improve movement quality, and build better function over time. You will work under the supervision of Physical Therapists while supporting treatment sessions in a professional outpatient setting. Position Snapshot Orthopedic outpatient office PT-owned practice 2 patients per hour $60,000–$70,000 per year Flexible schedule: 4-day option or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits package Responsibilities Provide PTA services according to the PT’s plan of care Lead patients through strengthening, mobility, stretching, and functional exercises Assist with balance training, gait activities, and therapeutic movement Monitor patient comfort, safety, and response throughout sessions Communicate clinical updates to the supervising PT Reinforce home exercise instructions Maintain accurate daily notes Support patient flow and clinic organization Active Florida PTA License PTA Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong interest in orthopedic rehab Good follow-through and communication skills Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible scheduling PT-owned outpatient clinic Find your next PTA opportunity in a clinic where patient care stays personal and practical.
