Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, one-on-one environment. Your role will be pivotal in assisting patients with rehabilitation, improving their mobility, and guiding them to recovery. Spanish-speaking is a must for this position. Location: Lauderhill, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year DOE plus benefits Responsibilities: Assist with the administration of treatment plans under the guidance of a Physical Therapist Help patients with exercises and rehabilitation activities Track patient progress and report findings Provide instruction and support in both English and Spanish Maintain organized patient documentation and records PTA degree from an accredited program Active PTA license in Florida Spanish-speaking required Previous outpatient experience is a plus PTO Health Insurance 401K with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your PTA career with a supportive team and steady work environment.
