This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with flexible scheduling and a patient volume of 2 patients per hour. Responsibilities Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Help patients complete strengthening, mobility, balance, and gait activities Support functional training for daily movement and return-to-activity goals Observe patient response and communicate updates to the PT Reinforce safe exercise technique and home program instructions Document treatment sessions accurately Prepare treatment areas and equipment Help create a positive patient experience during each visit Florida PTA License required PTA Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable working with orthopedic patients Organized and professional work style Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Join a PTA role where your hands-on support helps patients regain movement and confidence.
