Physical Therapist Assistant Location: Hallandale Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Assistant Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Pay: $30–$36 per hour Office: Work from one Hallandale Beach office only A Hallandale Beach orthopedic outpatient clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients move through their treatment plans with consistency and care. This role involves active rehab, patient guidance, exercise instruction, and close communication with the Physical Therapist. You will support patients as they work on strength, range of motion, balance, mobility, and functional movement. Available Schedules: Four 10-hour days Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Follow plans of care established by the Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities Support balance training, gait work, strengthening, and stretching Monitor patient response and report updates to the PT Reinforce proper technique and home program instructions Maintain clear daily documentation Help keep the therapy area organized and ready for patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication and treatment follow-through skills Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Full benefits included Flexible schedule options Step into a Hallandale Beach PTA role where your work supports better movement one visit at a time.
